Hey! Thanks for stopping by!  *hi-fives all around*

My name is Patrick.  My wife and I have been married for six years.  We
love car camping all over the Cascades and the Olympics, as well as more
serious international adventures. Ask me about the trip where we hiked through
the Slovenian, Austrian, German, back into the Austrian, and then the Italian
Alps.  Or, the time I played bumper cars on a hairpin corner with a man in
the Albanian mafia and got chased across the border into Macedonia!  Anne still hasn't
forgiven me for that one.

That said, you should probably know that I like to have fun, I work hard and
I'm willing to take risks.  I believe that being a wedding photographer is
not for the faint of heart.  During my days as a freelance travel photographer/writer,
I learned that the best images don't just happen because you've bought a plane
ticket.  In over 30 countries, I found that the most compelling images
come from getting inside the life of a person or falling in love with a place.  My most cherished picture
of you is likely to come after we've had a beer, and your cousin has shared a
funny story about when you were little.

Thank you for looking, and don't be afraid to leave a comment.

Joe / Kirkland, WA / Senior Pictures

Like so many of my clients, I am totally grateful that I got the chance to photograph Joe.  If Joe was an oil spill, there is no way that he would ever be stopped!

Have you ever heard that you can see your future in a glass of water?

Una Clothing

Una Clothing is a boutique clothing company that designs and makes clothes right here in Seattle.  To shoot two new dress designs, I wanted to find a location that that would match the handcrafted, artisan, and high-quality nature of Una Clothing.  Crosscut hardwoods in SoDo generously allowed us to use their space.  They specialize in all kinds of exotic rough-cut hardwoods that woodworkers, who know how to design and build things by hand, have been using for years.  We were extremely fortunate that Rosaline Crow was available to model, and Heather from Zendipity Hair was also available to do hair.

Gracie – Lincoln Park, Seattle

I met up with Gracie and her family at their favorite place to play.  Gracie turned out to be a happy and inquisitive little ball of energy throughout the evening.  We explored and played throughout fields, forests and on the beach until after the sun went down!  What a wonderful way to spend an August evening in Seattle._DSC3944
